Whether relocating to a new place, changing careers, welcoming a new family member, or experiencing the grief and loss of ending a relationship or losing a loved one or beloved pet, these seasons of change can be arduous and painful.
While there’s no prescribed “right way” to feel common feelings, like sadness, anger, confusion, and denial, often accompany change.
I help my clients develop an appreciation for the wide range of these complicated emotions, honoring the messages these feelings bring. We’ll work together to ensure you have a space and healthy ways to express these emotions, so you don’t get stuck. We'll help you find your footing to stay grounded as you face periods of transition or hardship armed with skills to help you practice and embody resilience.
