College offers unique challenges

A trusted partner in your corner

Navigating a new place away from home, struggling to “fit in” as you find new friends, date and figure out what’s important to you? Not to mention, identifying what areas you want to study or career direction you might take after college!
While it can be an exciting time, the college years present a unique set of challenges. It can be stressful and unsettling and for people who may already struggle with anxiety or depression, those challenges can be even harder.

I specialize in working with college age students - helping to define themselves both in and outside the classroom
