Change takes more than just insight!

Feeling stuck in negative patterns, paralyzed by self-doubt, or Uncertain about how to make meaningful change?

I offer evidenced-based therapies to heal your ‘center spaces’ and connect to the best version of yourself.

I support people who:

“The most common way people give up their power is thinking they don’t have any.” - Alice Walker

Hi I’m Erin (she/HER)

I’m a therapist in Seattle, WA and offer online therapy in California, Oregon & Washington

I hold a deep belief that you’re the expert of your life. My role isn't to provide you with answers, but rather to reflect back the patterns and themes of the storylines you’re sharing while helping you shine a light on the areas of your life where you feel disconnected, stuck or that are causing you frustration and pain. My work with clients is relational, trauma-informed and dynamic. I believe we often hold information deep in the body that the “thinking mind” alone cannot resolve, and I integrate several evidenced-based therapies grounded in the mind-body connection.

In our sessions, you’ll learn how to bring both curiosity and compassion to this work as a way to help you get “unstuck” as you find clarity and a direction to move forward.

Holistic mental health counseling & therapy for those who want more than just insight

  • While it looks different for everyone, anxiety is often experienced as over-thinking, persistent worry or the body’s nervous system running on high gear which can be experienced as heart palpitations, sweating, and difficulty focusing. I specialize in therapy that’s focused on helping you tame anxiety in the body and mind.

  • Do you struggle with limiting beliefs about not being “enough” - smart enough, good enough, successful enough, or question if you're worthy of love? Do you feel like an imposter in different areas of your life? While it’s not easy, self-esteem therapy can help you overcome these narratives so you can live life more authentically.

  • While we can’t always escape periods of sadness in life, when these moments turn to weeks or months, or become more intense or chronic, it can signal something deeper like a depressive episode. Work burnout is when we feel drained or have less energy or motivation at work. And when left unaddressed, it can seep into other areas of life impacting our relationships, ability to experience pleasure and satisfaction. I offer therapy specifically for employees in high-tech or healthcare who are experiencing chronic stress and burnout.

  • Even life transitions that are welcomed can bring a range of complicated emotions and experiences. Whether relocating to a new place, changing careers, welcoming a new family member, or experiencing the grief of ending a relationship or losing a loved one or beloved pet, change can be arduous and painful. I offer counseling and support for adults wanting to stay grounded as they negotiate big life changes or loss.

  • While it can be an exciting time, the college years bring a unique and profound set of challenges. From navigating and building new relationships, dating, questions about identity, and career aspirations, taking steps toward financial independence, etc. Unaddressed mental health issues can make navigating these questions even more difficult. I specialize in working with college age adults and those who have recently graduated to help navigate these unique set of challenges.
